School Accountability Reports
The School Accountability Report Card (SARC) is a document that provides information about the school to the community and allows the public to evaluate and compare schools for student achievement, environment, resources, and demographics. We update this report annually in February, and it reflects much of the information from the current year, except for testing and accountability information, which is from the previous school year.

Single Plan for Student Achievement
The Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is a plan of actions to raise the academic performance of all students. California Education Code sections 41507, 41572, and 64001 and the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) require each school to consolidate all school plans for programs funded through the ConApp and ESEA Program Improvement into the SPSA.
About Our School
John C. Fremont is in a small agricultural community in the Central San Joaquin Valley in California. In 1949, the citizens of Corcoran voted on a special tax to construct a new eight-classroom elementary school. The board of trustees asked the people of Corcoran to suggest a name for the new school. The new school was dedicated on April 28, 1950, and officially named John C. Fremont, after one of the United States’ leading western explorers in the 1830s and 1840s. Fremont is one of three elementary schools within Corcoran and serves all of the second and third grade students in the district. The dedicated Fremont staff is committed to providing a learning environment that promotes academic excellence for every child!
